Growing up in Capitola allowed Adam to hone his skills on the right hand point breaks of Pleasure Point. Adam turned pro at an early age. His high speed, radical power surfing earned him a spot on the WCT, a feat accomplished by only one other Santa Cruz surfer, Chris Gallagher. Adams diversity and drive eventually lured him into bigger and bigger waves. Today, Adam continues to push the limits of his well rounded surfing repertoire. Adam is the ultimate time test pilot and plays an integral role in the year-round development of new Santa Cruz shapes and designs.
