I was absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer service by Surfer Surplus. I had some questions about the longboard that I liked and so I called them. Nobody answered so I left a message. Not more than 2 hours later I got a call back from one of the guys answering ALL of my questions. I also had concerns with shipping because I'm living in Germany. Surfer Surplus not only guaranteed my shipping, had it here in 4!!! days, they also gave me a GREAT quote on shipping. Surfer Surplus is absolutely fantastic and I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

My wife returned Monday and bought a couple more t-shirts. She said the younger guy helping her had a great attitude and was helpful. She said she's tired of going to surf shops and having some lame kid ignore her and act too cool to help out. Yeah I'm getting older but being too cool for the customer doesn't make you any money. Word of mouth to date - 6 people. Keep up the good work (that's if you can call it that anymore).

I was in your shop over the weekend (thanks for opening it up for me). I purchased the Soul Fish, wood/epoxy, 6'6" board by Randall French. I went to Drain Pipes the next morning but, was disappointed that the bump and tide wern't working. I ended up at County Line on the inside (not my favorite but, the only place breaking well). Anyhow, paddled great, first wave nabbed a lack-lustre wall, pumped it a few times, set up a lip and a couple of really crisp cuts. It did everything you claimed, I was stoked. Haven't rode a fun stick like this in a long time and I didn't want a minilog. Can't wait to get it in decent surf. Thanks, John S.

STOKED!!!!! She's a beauty! The color was the only thing I was worried about and its killer so all is well. Now all we need are waves. Your shop is great and I appreciate your help. I just wanted to thank you for the board I purchased (6'2" Minami Flyn Hawaiin) for my trip to Panama. I thought I would also ask if you happened to have any high-performance, 6'0" tuflite/TL2 shortboards in your warehouse that aren't listed on the online PDF file. I was looking through your listings and the number of 6'0" shapes are relatively scarce. I did notice the Kech Performance Modules, Bryne TC Plus', and Santa Cruz shapes, but I was wondering if you had recieved anything else in the 6'0" range. 2'-2.2" thickness would also be ideal. Let me know if there's anything in which you think I might be interested. Thank you.

I got the chance to use the Gally that I purchased from you and it was everything i expected. 2-3 foot florida waves and it handled so good. Thanks again and I will be sending plenty of business your way.
